Dr. David Garcia
Medical Director
Dr. Garcia is a graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been practicing since 1989. He is board certified in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and as an Independent Medical Examiner. Dr. Garcia also practices preventative, anti-aging medicine with BodyLogic MD of Columbus.
Erin Hatfield
Manager
Erin Hatfield has been with Polaris Urgent Care since 2002. She has earned her general machine x-ray license as well as a Licensed Practical Nurse degree. Erin started as a medical assistant and was promoted to management in 2007.

Joe Annin has been with Polaris Urgent Care since 2007. He has earned his general machine x-ray license and was promoted to management in 2010.
