Dr. David Garcia serves as medical director of the Polaris Urgent Care and Occupational Health facilities. Dr. David Garcia has an extended and impressive list of certifications. He is a board certified Emergency Medicine and Family Practice physician, and he also has extensive certifications such as Board Certified in Added Qualification in Occupational Medicine, Certified Medical Review Officer, and Board Certified Independent Medical Examiner.

Dr. Perry Funk is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Serving as Medical Office Manager and Occupational Health Manager, Nicole Worley is a licensed General Machine Operator (x-ray), Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, Certified Breath Alcohol Technician and Trainer. Other areas of extensive training and expertise include worker’s compensation, CPT and ICD-9 coding, NIOSH approved spirometry operation, and managing occupational accounts.
