Polaris Urgent Care is a freestanding facility for ambulatory patients with urgent needs. We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, color, or ethnicity.

We have x-ray capabilities on site and perform CLIA waived lab testing, more extensive lab testing can be performed with the assistance of an outside laboratory.

Our physicians are qualified to diagnose and treat diseases and injuries including, but not limited to, sprains, strains, simple fractures, lacerations, burns, abscesses and other skin infections, diseases of the upper respiratory, gastrointestinal, circulatory, endocrine, nervous, and musculo-skeletal systems. Physicians also perform physical examinations as needed for disease prevention, employment, or sports participation. The facility has state of the art equipment to be used for occupational health testing.

Anesthesia is limited to local blocks. Minor surgical procedures include wart removal, mole excision and biopsy, incision and drainage of abscesses, removal of foreign bodies, and laceration repair. Patients needing hospitalization will be stabilized and transported. Patients requiring specialized care or follow-up are appropriately referred.
